Each layout in the preview browser will display a heart icon in a dark circle. Hover over this circle and click on it to favorite (or unfavorite) that layout.
To view favorites, click on the small heart in the menu bar. You can remove favorited layouts by clicking on the heart icon in the red circle.
Favorite layouts can also be added or removed on any current layout at the top of the Layout Preview Window.
